Turkish Breakfast

This combination has many components similar a classic Turkish breakfast. It’s a great a great way to start the day, or could serve as a nutritious and easy option for lunch.

Ingredients:

  • 1 soft boiled egg
  • 1 tbsp diced feta
  • 5-6 olives (I used Kalamata, but any variety would work)
  • 3 cherry tomatoes
  • 4 slices of cucumber
  • 2 tsp hummus

Method:

  1. Arrange on a side plate OR pack into a small container to take for lunch, enjoy
