Ingredients:
- 100g cold smoked salmon
- 2 tbsp reduced fat cream cheese
- 1 tbsp roughly chopped dill
- Juice and zest of 1 lemon
Method:
- In a mini food processor, blend all of the ingredients together until a smooth puree is formed
- Serve in small ramekins or bowls
