Banana Almond Butter Rice Cakes

A quick and easy satisfying snack option for under 150kcal.

Not sure what to do with the remaining banana? Cut it into a few chunks, pop them into a snap lock bag, and freeze them for use in a smoothie or protein shake at a later date.

  • 1 heaped tsp almond butter (or other nut butter of choice)
  • 1 inch of banana, sliced
  • 1 plain rice cake
  • Sprinkle of ground cinnamon (optional)


  1. Spread the almond butter on the rice cake, top with the sliced banana and a sprinkle of cinnamon if desired and enjoy!
