This recipe has the potential to be dangerous, it’s that delicious! For a satisfying mid-morning snack, give this almond butter iced latte a go. You’ll get 10g of protein from the soy milk and almond butter combined and a pick-me-up from the caffeine.
If you don’t have a coffee machine at home, don’t worry, you could make an instant coffee with 80ml of boiling water instead or a strong french press coffee. Equally, if you have a Nespresso machine at home, one pod will do the same job.

Ingredients:
- 1tbsp almond butter
- 250ml unsweetened soy milk (or cow's milk)
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1/2 tsp maple syrup
- 1 double shot of espresso
- 8-10 ice cubes
Method:
- Place the almond butter, soy milk, cinnamon, vanilla essence, and maple syrup into a blender
- Make the espresso and add this to the blender
- Blend everything until smooth, then pour into a glass with the icecubes
