Smoked salmon, cream cheese and gherkin
- 1 Cruskit
- 50g smoked salmon, flaked
- 1 tablespoon ‘lite’ cream cheese
- 1 slice gherkin, chopped into small pieces
- squeeze of lemon juice
- ground black pepper to season
- micro herbs (optional) to garnish
Spinach, egg and hummus
- 1 Cruskit
- 1 tablespoon of hummus (any)
- 1 soft boiled egg, quartered
- 4 baby spinach leaves, finely sliced
- pinch of curry powder to garnish
- salt and pepper to season
Smashed avocado and edamame beans
- 1 Cruskit
- 1/4 large ripe avocado, smashed
- 1 tablespoon edamame beans
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest + a squeeze of lemon juice

Tuna, cottage cheese and tomato

- 3 teaspoons cottage cheese
- 50g lemon + cracked pepper tuna
- 2 cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 baby spinach leaves, finely sliced
- extra ground black pepper to season
Ham, cheese and tomato
- 1 Cruskit
- 50g lean sliced or shaved ham
- 25g lower fat cheese (e.g. Noble or Edam)
- 1 teaspoon of tomato chutney
- 2-3 cherry tomatoes, halved
- ground black pepper to season
Lamb, babaganoush and spinach
- 1 Cruskit
- 50g sliced lamb steak (or leftover roasted lamb)
- 1 tablespoon of babaganoush (store bought)
- 3 baby spinach leaves, finely sliced
- pine nuts, pomegranate arils, and micro herbs (optional) for garnishing

Rocket and basil pesto chicken with tomato
- 1 Cruskit
- 50g shredded poached (or leftover roasted chicken)
- 1 tablespoon basil and rocket pesto (see recipe under sauces and condiments or use store bought)
