I created Bariatric Bites as a go-to resource to help people navigate life after bariatric surgery. Once the excitement of surgery has disappeared, people are often looking for practical tips and tricks to help them get the most out of their surgery. The goal of Bariatric Bites is to encourage people to live and eat in a way that supports them to achieve their own goals whilst maintaining health and well being!
This site is a source of recipe inspiration for the various dietary stages those going through bariatric surgery will experience, as well as a repository for strategies to overcome common post surgery problems that can arise.
